He obtained his B.Sc. in University of Port-Harcourt, his M.Sc. from University of Lagos and Postgraduate Diploma from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.
His professional background includes experience in political communication (government relations), political behaviour, print and electronic journalism, advertising, public relations and marketing.
A media consultant to senatorial, governorship and presidential aspirants in Nigeria, Ebireri is widely consulted for political strategies and alternative thoughts.
He was Special Assistant to a Deputy Governor in Lagos State and Chief Press Secretary to a speaker in the Delta State House of Assembly.
The frequent speaker to youth, children and women groups served on the editorial board of some Nigerian newspapers.
