Former National Chairman of Mega Progressive People’s Party (MPPP), Hon Aderemi Banjo, on Monday described the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila as a symbol of strength, kindness and dignity for the people of Surulere.
He also praised the presiding officer of the House of Representatives for adding value to the country’s democracy and making a difference in the lives of the good people of Surulere Constituency 1.
In a congratulatory message to the chairman-elect, Surulere Local Government, Hon Bamidele Yusuf Sulaimon, his vice, Prince Adewale Dosunmu and top leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Banjo lauded Gbajabiamila for transforming Surulere.
He praised the representative of Surulere Constituency 1 in the House of Representatives for the rehabilitation of infrastructure and creation of jobs for the teeming youths in Surulere Constituency 1.

Banjo expressed profound appreciation to the voters for electing the nine councillorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Surulere.
The former national chairman of MPPP urged the chairman-elect to use his leadership qualities to achieve more for the local government area.
Banjo who is also secretary, Surulere Joint Leaders Forum, commended the APC National Leader, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Lagos APC chairman, Hon Tunde Balogun, chairman of APC in Surulere, Hon Shakirudeen Ajao, the Director General of the APC Campaign Organization in Surulere, Mrs. Bamidele Hussein, Surulere APC leader, Alhaji Wazee Uthman and other party faithful for contributing immensely towards the party’s victory in the July 24 local government polls.
